The Role

As Director of Operations, you'll be the operational heartbeat of The Orangery Group — driving excellence across our venues, shaping our systems, and scaling our empire from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the founder to:

  • Build and lead a world-class operations framework across multiple venues
  • Implement financial discipline, labour controls, and supplier systems
  • Drive consistency in food, drink, service, and presentation standards
  • Manage and mentor venue managers and head chefs
  • Spearhead new openings, from site fit-outs to launch operations
  • Oversee health, safety, compliance, and training across all locations
  • Contribute to strategic growth planning and investor discussions

This is a founding-level operational role — one that combines daily precision with long-term vision.
