We are looking to recruit experienced Support Workers for permanent, part-time, or temporary positions, working within Stirlingshire communities.If you have caring experience, then we would like to hear from you.The role will involve:Supporting vulnerable adults within their homes and community.providing personal care.Housework.Medication management.Helping with day-to-day tasks and companionship.Providing the highest level of care and support.You need to be:A Team player.Good communicator.Great listener.Focused.Dedicated.Reliable.Kind.Caring.Successful candidates will:Have a current PVG or be willing to join the scheme.Have SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) membership or be willing to join the scheme.Have a can-do, positive attitude.The ability to confidently work alone and as part of a wider team.Be able to work using your own initiative.Have a car and driving license or driver.Your benefits include:Competitive wages.5.6 weeks Annual leave.Mileage paid.Full training.On-going support from management.Annual personal development assessment.Due to the nature of the role, experience in care is preferred.
