The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires effective communication skills, a valid driving licence, and a commitment to delivering personalised care.Pay rates:Excellent pay rates at £13.00 per hour plus 30p mileage and drive time at £12.21 per hour.Weekend Rates £13.25 per hour.After successful probation period: £13.06 per hour and weekend rates £13.60, mileage 35p per mile.Working times:Morning shifts 7am- 2.30pm Evenings 3pm -11pm.Weekend availability.Benefits of working for us:Carer centric- we advocate for work life balance and work around family life.Supportive office staff and colleagues.Carer progression.Annual 5% pay increase. We are very proactive and progressive employer.Birthdays off and recognition for going above and beyond.Monthly and sometimes weekly staff incentives.Duties and responsibilities:Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Support clients in meal preparation and planning according to their dietary needs.Help with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client's individual requirements.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team.Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.Experience:Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is advantageous but not essential.Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and their families.A valid driving licence is essential.
