About the Job:Experience in Fashion retail or a hospitality background is required for this position. Fahrenheit Security Ltd is currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer / Security Host to work in Birmingham Bull Ring Shopping Centre. Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have good personal presentation and be capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.The nature of this role demands the officer to be an excellent communicator utilising customer service and loss prevention skills.The security officer's duties will include:Ensuring the safety of store staff and customers.Deter and apprehend shoplifters as and when required.Provide basic customer service and be able to engage with customers. Be capable of following health and safety procedures.Work as part of a team and be able to establish and maintain professional relationships.Rate and hours:£13.00 - £13.50 per hour and 9hrs per day is available Monday to Saturday and 6.5 hours on a Sunday.
