We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our Show Services team in our Tring office, supporting projects from quote to completion with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional administrative organization.This role is essential to our day-to-day operations and is perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.Who We Are:Pixl Evolution is a trusted partner in the live events industry, providing state-of-the-art audiovisual solutions to bring unforgettable experiences to life. We pride ourselves on teamwork, creativity, and consistently going the extra mile for our clients and colleagues.What You’ll Be Doing:As a Production Assistant, you’ll act as the administrative backbone for our Show Services workflows. Working closely with the Account Manager, you’ll ensure accuracy, organization, and smooth coordination throughout every stage of the quoting and billing process.Quote & Opportunity Management:Support the Account Manager with constructing, updating, and confirming quotes while ensuring documentation is accurate and current.Administrative Expense Review:Review technician expense reports for each show, approving or rejecting items to help complete billing.Implementing Changes:Process updates, additions, and adjustments requested by the Account Manager and communicate changes clearly to internal departments.Final Invoicing Support:Assist the Account Manager in completing final invoicing within established timelines.Financial & Administrative Coordination:Work with Accounting to ensure deposits, invoicing, credit applications, COIs, and collections are completed correctly and on time.Client & Contract Support:Help resolve client and contract related questions with professionalism and urgency.Cost & Margin Administration:Follow established SOPs, processes, and procedures to help maintain project profitability.Labor Scheduling Assistance:Coordinate staffing requirements and schedules with Account Managers and Project Coordinators. Ensure updates are accurately entered into R2 and communicated properly.Equipment Logistics Support:Assist with add orders, TPLs, LOLs, and equipment substitutions on active quotes.What You Bring to the Table:Strong administrative and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach. Familiarity with live event production, logistics, or quoting is a plus.Why Join Pixl Evolution?Impactful Administrative Role:Your work directly supports the success of live events across the UK and globally.Collaborative Office Environment:Join a team that values teamwork, creativity, and open communication.Professional Growth:Gain exposure to dynamic projects, high-profile clients, and industry leading technology.Ready to Power Precision Behind the Scenes?If you’re organized, proactive, and ready to support world-class productions from our Tring office, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and take your career Beyond Technology with Pixl EvolutionPixl Evolution is a Tobacco-Free and Drug-Free Organization and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
