Job Title: Care Coordinator – Complex Care Location: Wolverhampton (Office-Based with Field Visits) Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join a rapidly growing healthcare provider in the West Midlands. This role offers a mix of office-based responsibilities and field visits, ensuring that clients with complex care needs receive safe, consistent, and high-quality support. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll oversee care packages, manage staff rotas, and maintain compliance standards while building strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
