Catering Manager – Twickenham Stadium, London Join the excitement at Twickenham Stadium, the world-famous home of England Rugby, and lead our catering operations at one of London’s most prestigious event venues.Freemans Event Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Casual Events Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of our catering service, ensuring excellence in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction during major sporting and entertainment events. Hours & Contract: This is a casual, event-based position, with shifts scheduled according to the stadium’s event calendar. Once registered, you’ll have access to our scheduling app, where you can view and sign up for upcoming shifts.Pay: £16 per hour About the Role:As a Catering Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of our catering units, leading and supporting your team to deliver high-quality food and service. You’ll manage stock, logistics, and team performance while maintaining full compliance with food safety and health regulations.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Key Responsibilities:Oversee catering operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and top-quality food.Lead and motivate catering staff to perform at their best.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.Manage stock levels, logistics, and event setup/breakdown.Serve as the key point of contact for clients and event organisers.Monitor performance, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.Handle cash management and reporting as required. About You:Proven experience in catering or hospitality management.Strong leadership and organisational skills with a practical, hands-on approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food safety standards; HACCP certification desirable.Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Flexible and available for evening, weekend, and event shifts.Passionate about delivering exceptional service and quality. Why Join Us:This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of world-class events at one of the UK’s most iconic stadiums.
