The role will focus on supporting deal execution and completion processes for large-scale residential investment projects.You will not need conveyancing experience, but should bring a solid understanding of residential development and forward funding structures gained either in-house or in private practice.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with drafting and reviewing deal documentation and ancillary agreementsCoordinating completion processes and managing key transaction milestonesLiaising with external counsel, counterparties and internal stakeholdersSupporting with due diligence, document management and post-completion tasksRequirements:Prior experience in residential real estate or development transactions (forward funding preferred)Qualified solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) or experienced paralegalStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAvailability to start at short noticeThis is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to complex real estate investment deals within a collaborative, high‑performing team. xpwpeyx To apply, please contact Hayley Logue at LAW Absolute.#J-18808-Ljbffr
