This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about private wealth disputes and wants to work in a collaborative, supportive environment.The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:Inheritance Act claimsExecutor and Trustee disputesBreach of trust claimsValidity of Will challengesClaims relating to breach of Executor dutiesOther private wealth disputesYou will work closely with clients, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice, while contributing to the team’s growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle your own caseload under supervision, meeting billing and time-recording targets.Develop strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client care.Supervise junior team members and share knowledge through mentoring and training.Contribute to business development initiatives, including seminars, articles, and networking.Maintain compliance with firm procedures and ensure accurate case management.Requirements2–5 years PQE with experience in contentious trusts and probate work.Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively within a team.25 days holiday (plus birthday leave and bank holidays).Enhanced maternity/paternity pay.Private healthcare and life assurance.Pension scheme and cycle-to-work scheme.Discounts on legal services and retail perks.Why Apply?This role offers the chance to join a forward-thinking firm that values work-life balance, career development, and inclusive culture.
