In 2024, Sika’s more than 34,000 employees generated annual sales of CHF 11.76 billion.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Product Management Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our experienced product management team to support the development, launch, and marketing of innovative construction products. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a structured apprenticeship program in project management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing product lifecycles from concept to launch. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Support product data management and documentation. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams. Assist with third party product testing and certificationHelp prepare presentations, reports, and promotional materials QualificationsThe SkillsResearch and analytical skillsProject ManagementConfident communication skillsCo-ordination with cross functional stakeholdersCommercial prioritisation and awarenessIT competent (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Interest in construction and building materials.
