As we expan our global footprint, we remain dedicated to delivering safety and efficiency through our scaffolding solutions and drive the success of industrial projects worldwide.Job DescriptionAs AT-PAC continues to expand across the UK and Ireland, we are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Operations to join our leadership team. As Head of Operations, you will lead and scale our operational performance across the UK & Ireland, partnering with the regional leadership to shape strategy, improve efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will drive operational excellence, strengthen commercial performance, and build a high-performance culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilitiesOperational & Strategic LeadershipLead operational planning, performance, and improvement initiativesSupport budgeting, growth planning, and KPI deliveryImplement and enhance operational policies and best practicesCommercial & Inventory ManagementOversee inventory strategy, forecasting, and utilisationSupport pricing strategies and cost-efficiency initiativesReduce stock losses and optimise asset useDevelop, support, and align operational teamsFoster a positive performance-driven cultureStrengthen communication and cross-functional partnershipsStakeholder EngagementWork closely with senior leadership to manage priorities and resourcesDrive solutions, identify risks, and support ongoing business improvementQualifications5+ years of leadership experience in operationsStrong knowledge of inventory management and operational processesBackground in scaffolding, construction or industrial services preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skillsFinancial and commercial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)and passion for operational excellenceStrong relationship‑building and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Additional InformationAs a customer‑focused organization, we understand that our greatest assets are our employees, which is why we are consistently looking for talented professionals who are keen to develop their career in this challenging industry. xpwpeyx Come on board and be part of the AT‑PAC family#J-18808-Ljbffr
