With diverse services, ranging from strategy and advisory to large scale implementations and change initiatives, from business change to operational transformation and leading-edge digital solutions, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.The RoleTo drive and grow our business specifically in High Tech and Semiconductor, we would like to expand our team with an Associate Partner with the below responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell transformation solutions and services to existing and new high tech and semiconductor clientsAccountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for the key account(s)Assume the role of trusted advisor to high tech and semiconductor client executives providing guidance in all matters within the industry and the client organizationManage the business opportunities at key accounts to help ensure Infosys Consulting is positioned to capitalise on opportunities by providing high-quality servicesBe responsible for consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within cost on a best-value basis, and for developing processes that ensure business risks are evaluated, understood and factored into client solutions and servicesCoordinate relationship-building activities with appropriate partners, engagement managers, subject-matter professionals, and other Infosys Consulting personnel on the engagement team(s) to help ensure they are well advised on important mattersDrive proposal development, focusing on the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themesProvide leadership to subordinate managers, taking an active role in guiding their professional growth and development, through coaching, counselling, performance development and mentoringRequirementsPrevious leadership experience within a consulting organisation, mentoring and guiding teams of consultants under direct leadership, as well as indirect and matrixed teams to harness talent, whilst delivering overall client satisfactionStrong networks, relationships and personal brand in the high tech and semiconductor industriesComfortable working at senior level within complex organisations, able to build empathy, credibility and trust with key stakeholdersProven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services, whilst delivering business objectives within large corporate environments where there is rapid changeThe ability to operate and Excel in a changing and dynamic environmentStrong presentation skills, experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentationsIntuitive ability to represent complex concepts in a clear, concise and compelling wayCollaborative team player, with a willingness to lead by example and roll up their sleevesPassionate about disruptive innovation and transformational ideasMature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levelsBe committed to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growthMaster\'s degree, preferably in Engineering. Proficient communication skills in both German and English10+ years of experience in management consulting, with at least 5 years in the high tech and semiconductor industryAbility to travel extensively as requiredBenefitsWhy Join Us?
