This is a key role, following a period of change in the Bar & Kitchen activities, with scope for a candidate to make a clear mark, leading both the commercial development of the business, and ensuring a high level of visitor experience for our audiences and visitors.The role will also include overseeing and delivering regular events within our building for artists, supporters, press and media, and private hires.The ideal candidate will bring a positive, hands‑on and entrepreneurial approach, with a track record of driving sales through being an exceptional operator in a venue that regularly has high volume periods.
