About the roleThe information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Solutions Architect to join our award‑winning NetSuite partner MacroFin.We’re growing fast and our UK client base is booming with their needs getting more complex which means more time on‑site, more challenging projects and more opportunities for someone to flex their consulting muscles.About the teamYou will report into our Chief Solutions Architect Stephen Campell, the co‑founder of MacroFin. This role is predominantly new‑business focused while also supporting the team in the scoping, design and roll‑out of complex solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your solution consulting skills to a mix of clients including businesses moving to NetSuite and existing customers looking to get more out of the system. You’ll also oversee the delivery of solutions during implementation and consulting projects.In the CP Digital practice we are building the UK’s leading mid‑market digital transformation partner – combining Salesforce, NetSuite, Data & Analytics, C‑suite Tech Advisory and Cyber into a single high‑growth, high‑margin platform.By joining us you will be joining a fast‑growing team with an impressive client roster in an environment where your contributions are recognised, valued and rewarded.About the day to dayDay‑to‑day you’ll be working closely with our NetSuite practice leadership team, sales team, prospective clients, principal consultants and the development team, developing an understanding of your clients’ needs and designing best‑practice, scalable NetSuite and integrated technology stack solutions for our customers.About youThe responsibilities below are currently focused on NetSuite and Steve wants to upskill you on Salesforce and you’ll have the opportunity to design solutions incorporating our new service lines across cyber and tech.Solution Design & ArchitectureLead the end‑to‑end solution design for NetSuite implementations ensuring alignment with client business processes and goals.Support the leadership team during the sales cycle with ownership over the commercial proposals, pricing estimates and project plans we present to our clients.Translate business requirements into scalable, flexible NetSuite solutions using best practices.Design custom workflows, scripts and integrations.Provide architectural oversight for data migration, third‑party integrations and customisations.Client Engagement & AdvisoryServe as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through system capabilities, trade‑offs and recommended approaches.Use SME solution architect knowledge to support on a wide range of consulting projects.Run discovery workshops to gather requirements and assess current‑state processes.Deliver functional and technical presentations, solution demos and proposals to stakeholders.Implementation OversightCollaborate with functional consultants, developers and project managers to ensure successful delivery.Review and validate deliverables throughout the project lifecycle (design docs, test scripts, etc.).Ensure quality assurance and that the delivered solution meets design specifications.Blueprint and oversee solutions for advanced NetSuite modules and customisations.Opportunity to expand your knowledge into third‑party solutions such as Zone Billing ProScope and tailor NetSuite customisations to industry‑specific needs.Project Leadership & CollaborationContribute to project planning, effort estimation and risk identification.Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.Support UAT training and go‑live readiness activities for our largest and most complex clients.Continuous Improvement & Thought LeadershipStay up to date on NetSuite product releases, features and ecosystem tools.Contribute to internal solution libraries, templates and accelerators.Mentor junior consultants and support internal capability building.About usWe’ve been dubbed the rebels of accountancy.
