Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (4+ years)All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.An opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join a leading Non-Contentious Construction team based in Edinburgh. This role is ideal for someone with 4 + years’ PQE and a genuine interest in construction law, real estate development, or the energy sector.The roleYou’ll support clients on the construction aspects of high-profile development and infrastructure projects across the UK. The team advises on:Building contracts, development agreements and professional appointmentsBonds, guarantees and collateral warrantiesEngineering and energy projects, including onshore wind, hydro, battery storage and solarYou’ll work closely with developers, contractors, funders, public sector bodies and consultants.
