As the Production Director, you'll be the driving force behind high-impact retail and experiential projects across the UK and beyond. Based at the UK HQ, you will lead projects from concept to completion, acting as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and trusted external suppliers. Your day-to-day will include:Overseeing all aspects of projects to ensure high-quality output - including managing Project Managers, liaising with retail Brand/Marketing Managers to bring projects to life, and managing budgets of up to £500kBe savvy about costs and spot opportunities to save money or make things more efficient - work with external suppliers and oversee RFPs and tenders, ensuring project is cost efficientStakeholder management - client-facing role responsible for formulating retail ideas with clients and then executing projects with the team to full completionCollaborating with creative teams to bring innovative ideas to lifeEnsuring compliance with safety and quality standardsThis role requires a deep understanding of physical production, retail environments, and brand experienceWho You Are:We're seeking a leader who is not only skilled but also brimming with enthusiasm You should haveRetail experience in project/production management, preferably from some sort of creative/production background (visual merchandising, store openings, in-store displays, etc.)Proven leadership skills with a knack for team motivationStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills - you know how to get your message acrossA creative mindset with a keen eye for detailReady to Make an Impact?If you're excited about this opportunity we would love to hear from you Contact the OA Executive team at Office Angels.
