Este puesto se ubica en el equipo de Rigging de Londres. El Rigging Technical Director será responsable de diseñar, crear y mantener rigs precisos y eficientes para producciones de VFX de alto nivel. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con Modellers y Animators para desarrollar rigs que respondan a los requisitos de un pipeline de VFX exigente.ResponsabilidadesCrear rigs completamente scripteados y refinarlos en función de las necesidades de animación e iluminación.Prototipar, implementar y refinar rigs como puppet (esqueleto), body (deformer y musculo) o rigs mecánicos.Resolver problemas de rigging, recoger feedback artístico y ajustar el comportamiento del rig.Convertirse en usuario y colaborador avanzado del set de herramientas de rigging del estudio.Desarrollar herramientas para facilitar el workflow de animación e interacción con el rig.Trabajar bajo los estándares del pipeline y rigging de la compañía.Cumplir con plazos de entrega bajo las condiciones de producción exigentes.RequisitosExperiencia en rigging con Maya (cuerpos completos y faciales).Pasión por la creación de personajes CGI creíbles y atención al detalle.Experiencia en scripting (por ejemplo, Python) y capacidad para seguir estándares estrictos de código.Habilidades analíticas y artísticas, creatividad y resolución visual de problemas.Habilidades de trabajo en equipo, comunicación y gestión del tiempo.Capacidad de documentar técnicamente y presentar el trabajo realizado.Conocimientos básicos de anatomía para bípedos, cuadrúpedos, esqueletos y músculos.Comprensión de constraints y deformers, funcionamiento y limitaciones.Se valorará tambiénConocimientos en anatomía facial, rigs realistas de ojos y bocas, desgloses FACS.Capacidades de dibujo al natural o modelado orgánico.Conocimientos básicos de dinámicas como Maya Hair, nCloth, nParticle, etc.Base sólida en matemáticas, especialmente álgebra de matrices y geometría.Programación en C o C++ para plugins de Maya.Accesibilidad y proceso de solicitudEl estudio de Londres es plenamente accesible, con entrada a nivel de calle, baños adaptados en todas las plantas y espacios tranquilos.
