The team advises clients from SMEs to corporates and public sector bodies. Junior and mid-PQE lawyers are givenreal responsibility, exposure and support, in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload including freehold & leasehold property sales and purchasesGrant and taking of leasesLicence matters (licences to occupy, assign, restricted use)Landlord & tenant managementCorporate property supportDraft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, licences and other property documentsProvide clear, commercial advice to clientsLiaise with clients, advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactionsContribute to business development and help grow client relationshipsAbout YouSolicitor with 1-3 years PQE in commercial propertyExperience in one or more of: leasehold/freehold acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant matters, leases/licences, corporate property supportStrong xpwpeyx drafting, negotiation and client-care skillsOrganised, proactive and commercially awareConfident dealing with clients from SMEs to large corporates/public sectorBenefits & What You'll GainFlexible/hybrid working for better work-life balanceExposure to a broad, high-quality client baseFast-track career progression and training opportunitiesSupportive team culture with mentorshipReal responsibility on interesting, varied work from day oneApply today or contact Gayle Woolf for more information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
