As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape the future of MI Technology and Strategy, contributing to a culture that values growth, resilience, and continuous learning.Responsibilities and ImpactPartner with MI CTO, Technology Management Team, Business Transformation, Special Projects and Strategy team leadership to shape people plans and priorities for their respective areas.Serve as strategic advisor on operational and cultural agendas, executing these initiatives and driving core annual people processes in partnership with people leaders.Consult with senior executives and stakeholders on complex people‑related challenges, providing innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives.Lead and execute strategic people initiatives across multiple global teams, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services in a follow‑the‑sun model.Drive organizational effectiveness through data‑driven insights, leveraging global dashboards to identify trends and recommend strategic interventions.Manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across different time zones and cultural contexts.At S&P Global, we are committed to fostering a connected and engaged workplace where all individuals have access to opportunities based on their skills, experience, and contributions. Experience in partnering within a Financial Services, Technology and/or Editorial organization preferred.Bachelor's Degree in an HR or business‑related field or equivalent experience. High‑level understanding of employment law across various jurisdictions.Ability to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution. Comfort with resolving complex operational issues requiring strategic and innovative solutions.Demonstrated skills in influencing and navigating across a complex, highly matrixed global organization. Ability to partner effectively with a broader People Function, work with Regional People Partners, and to execute without the need for hierarchy and solid line direct report team.Strong communication skills. This includes the ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to their essential components and deliver them effectively to a wide range of audiences.Ability to work effectively across teams, foster inclusivity, overcome stakeholder resistance and navigate a complex organization with a high level of EQ and focus on relationship‑building.Strong analytical and data visualization skills; should be able to understand and leverage complex global data dashboards with foresight.Aptitude to communicate and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong prioritization, organization and effectiveness skills.Additional Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree preferred. Business and financial acumen preferred.A mindset which is nimble, agile, flexible, insight‑driven, forward‑looking, change oriented.High tolerance of ambiguity and innate approach to find and create solutions where none may yet exist.
