Leading Private Client firm in the UK.RoleWorking with the Partners and fee earners within the Private Client department, key responsibilities will include:Supporting fee earners working on a wide range of Private Client matters, ensuring all required documentation is in place.Managing own caseload, dealing with a variety of Private Client matters.Dealing with the administration of Trusts, including preparing annual trust accounts and corresponding with Trustees and Beneficiaries.Liaising with Stockbrokers in respect of Trust assets, making the appropriate distributions.Completing tax returns, including calculating the tax where necessary or liaising with accountants.Deal with the administration of Estates, whether under a Will or the rules of Intestacy.Taking instructions and drafting Wills to meet specific requirements, and where appropriate, providing inheritance Tax advice.Completing tax returns on behalf of clients.RequirementsYou will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience. xpwpeyx BenefitsCompetitive salaryProgression opportunitiesGreat benefitsHybrid workingOpportunity to work within a national firmBCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
