We specialise in family law, immigration law, criminal law, and dispute resolution in various courts. We advise on complex, high-value cases globally and are ranked among the leading firms for client care.We have an immediate opportunity for an immigration law solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE, practicing across the full range of immigration law, especially personal and family immigration, deportation, visit visas, Appendix FM applications, EU Settled Status, Naturalisation, and applications for children. Experience conducting written and oral advocacy in the Immigration Tribunal and instructing Counsel in the Court of Session is preferred. Our client base is diverse and international, and we often act as Edinburgh Agent in the Court of Session for solicitors across the UK.This role involves:Meeting clients, providing advice, and preparing applications/appeals inside and outside the UKDrafting grounds of appeal, skeleton arguments, witness statements, conducting oral advocacy, instructing Counsel in judicial reviews and appeals in the Court of Session.
