Job Title: Reach Truck Driver Location: Desborough Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (06:0018:00 or 18:0006:00) Pay Rate: £13.74 per hour (overtime: £21.10 per hour) Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent About the Role We are seeking experienced MHE Operators to join our warehouse team in Desborough.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.You will be responsible for operating a range of material handling equipment, loading and unloading trailers, and supporting the smooth and safe operation of the warehouse.Key Responsibilities Safely operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and pallet trucks Load and unload trailers while maintaining accurate paperwork Keep the warehouse area clean, organised, and safe Report any issues related to stock, racking, or equipment promptly Complete daily pre-operational checks and follow all safety procedures Provide flexibility and support across different warehouse areas as required Requirements Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences (in-house licences accepted) Previous warehouse experience is essential Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to travel to Desborough with your own transport What We Offer £13.74 per hour weekly pay (first 12 weeks) 4 on / 4 off static shifts (days or nights) Temporary to permanent opportunity Ongoing training and skill development Supportive and team-focused work environment Opportunities for career progression Induction xpwpeyx and Training Comprehensive health and safety briefing and site tour Full training on warehouse equipment and systems Introduction to RDT scanners and company processes Shadowing experienced team members Overview of company policies, procedures, and safety rules Support to ensure you are confident and competent in your role Drugs and alcohol test Site rules induction and assessment Maths and English test Manual handling theory and practical trainingd02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
