They will enhance the team's presence in the competitive F1 landscape and support overall business objectives, and require a deep understanding of motorsport, marketing, and brand management, with an emphasis on increasing fan engagement and loyalty.ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Development: Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects the values and aspirations of the F1 team. Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth. Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop brand activations and initiatives that maximize the value of sponsorship relationships.
