Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Leicester Company: CBRE/Nuffield Health Contract : Permanent Pay : Competitive Hours : Monday to Friday.Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.One week 6am to 2pm, one week 10am to 6pm, rotating weekly.CBRE is the global leader in real estate services, leveraging the industry's most powerful knowledge base to meet the commercial real estate needs of clients worldwide.Our vision is to be the preeminent, vertically integrated, globally capable real estate service firm.With over 70,000 employees operating in 48 countries, we deliver excellence across every aspect of facilities and real estate management.We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our dynamic team.This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of building plant, equipment, and systems through planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and small installation works.Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to meet service level agreements.Respond to reactive repairs and site engineering emergencies, liaising with subcontractors as needed.Complete all PPM tasks and accurately report defects, maintaining site logs and documentation.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and deliver exceptional customer service.Collaborate with other trade engineers to resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively.What We're Looking For Recognised Electrical Qualification, including C&G 18th Edition and Test & Inspection .Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and BS standards (Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Power, BMS).Experience in structured PPM delivery and working with business-critical equipment.Excellent communication skills, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. xpwpeyx If you wish to apply, please contact Becky Coxon on Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG- The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
