Head of Customer VulnerabilityInterested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.South Staffs WaterSalary £50-60k plus bonus and car allowanceAbout the RoleAs Head of Customer Vulnerability, you’ll design and deliver strategies that make a tangible impact on customers experiencing financial hardship or other vulnerabilities. You’ll lead a dedicated team, build strong partnerships, and champion best practices across the industry.
