As our Scotland Marketing Lead, you’ll take full ownership of Monster Energy’s marketing presence across the region—bringing the brand to life through events, partnerships, and unforgettable consumer experiences. This is a full‑time role requiring occasional weekend and late‑night work, managing a team of Monster Ambassador Team/event staff and working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow a loyal fanbase by developing and activating a high‑impact local events and marketing programme across ScotlandLeverage media, social media, scene partners, and grassroots initiatives to elevate brand presenceLead Scotland’s Monster Ambassador Team programme, including recruitment, training, and performance managementDeliver high‑energy, best‑in‑class brand experiences across major and local events throughout the yearTake responsibility for all on‑site activations across Scotland, ensuring flawless executionManage Scotland’s scene partner programme, nurturing relationships that amplify brand impactWork closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure all events are fully staffed and teams are properly briefedAttend the majority of Scotland‑based events as agreed with the Senior Marketing ManagerProvide accurate reporting on regional marketing activity in line with company guidelinesSupport occasional marketing activity outside Scotland when requiredAbout YouHighly motivated, enthusiastic, and detail‑drivenExcellent communicator with strong people‑management skillsConfident working independently and under pressureStrong skills in PowerPoint and Excel for presenting marketing plans, sampling strategies, reporting and communication plansFull driving licenceMarketing experience within sports or core media industries is highly desirableHappy to travel (including some international travel)Laptop & mobile phone providedOpportunity to work with one of the world’s most electrifying brandsHigh‑energy, fast‑paced environment with plenty of room for growthWork alongside a passionate, edgy, on‑brand teamIf the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to youFind out more about our available opportunities or how we can help you further your career – contact us today.Please get in touch with Ciara or click “Apply Now” to be considered for this vacancy.Call: Advocate Group is the sole and exclusive talent partner for Monster Energy.
