Our flagship product, Clinell Universal Wipes, are a no. 1 brand in the NHS.We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help deliver impactful marketing plans that drive growth across GAMA’s priority products and use cases. In this role, you’ll bring our global strategy to life within your assigned markets adapting assets, coordinating activities, and supporting commercial success through high-quality execution.If you enjoy coordinating cross-functional projects, creating effective marketing resources and understanding what truly motivates healthcare customers, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a mission-driven organisation.The role is based out of GAMA HQ, Hemel Hempstead, Herts along with hybrid working.What will you get involved in?Execute and track marketing plans for your assigned markets, ensuring alignment with global strategy while tailoring activities to local needs and sales channels.Adapt, localise and implement global marketing assets across multiple geographies, collaborating with international colleagues to maintain consistency and minimise duplication.Coordinate delivery of marketing activities by working closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Creative teams and external partners including distributors to ensure strong in-market execution.Gather and interpret insights on IPC practices, unmet needs, customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and category planning.Support data collection and reporting for market size, share estimation and sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) to strengthen commercial visibility.Develop and deliver effective marketing tools, sales-support materials, training resources and event/exhibition activity to drive customer adoption and retention.Live into GAMA’s values: Passionate; Win Together; Caring; Curious and Innovative; Have FunWhat will you need to be successful?A science or healthcare-related degree (preferably with relevance to infection prevention and control).A genuine interest in developing a career in marketing, with curiosity and a willingness to learn.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.Experience in healthcare environments, B2B marketing or developing marketing/brand assets is desirable.Experience contributing to brand or strategic planning processes is advantageous.What will you get when you join GAMA?Competitive salary, performance related bonus, and pension schemeCommitment to your personal and professional development34 days holiday (including bank holidays)Heavily discounted gym membershipsPrivate Medical InsuranceHealth Cashback plan for vouchers toward medical costs e.g., physio, opticiansWhat is it like at GAMA?At GAMA Healthcare we are motivated by purpose, not just the potential of our brands.
