Alloy Wheel RefurbisherSubmit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.- Preston PRESTIGE FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Alloy Wheel Refurbish Technician A HUGE opportunity to work with a TOP employer and prestigious brand that has a fantastic reputation, alongside a great team The Role: Includes but is not limited to: * Being responsible for carrying out high-quality wheel repairs and refurbishments, including alloy wheel repair and diamond cut finishes * Remove/Refit/Balance wheels and tyres * Strip wheels using various techniques * Dress and repair wheels using various techniques * Use the shot-blaster to clean/key wheel surfaces * Paint/recoat wheels * Carrying out work to the highest quality levels * Completing documentation to the standards required by the Company * Ensuring compliance to the relevant Manufacturer/Insurer standards and requirements * Ensuring good standards of housekeeping at all times Skills & Experience: * A passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service * Self-motivated * Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills * An effective communicator * You should have experience in the latest wheel refurbishment techniques and processes, including using specialist equipment and tools.* Must be confident in removing Tyres Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes.The Benefits: * Competitive salary based on experience * 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) in a complete holiday year (January to December) * An additional day's holiday in recognition of your birthday * Preferential family rates on vehicles through the group staff scheme * Company pension scheme * Death in Service policy at 1x basic salary * Work wear supplied * Cycle to work scheme * Training, coaching and development funded * Incentives and rewards * Free tickets to local and national events * Staff social events * On site car parking Working hours/days: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm or 07:30am to 4:30pm Salary: £32k basic- £38k OTE with uncapped bonus and overtime Interested??
