Head of Sales to Cash (9-Month Contract – Inside IR35)Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Location: Hybrid (UK-based)Day Rate: CompetitiveAre you a proven Order-to-Cash leader with a passion for transformation and performance improvement?Our client – one of the UK’s most recognised and respected brands – is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to Cash to join their Central Business Services team on a 12-month contract.This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee the end-to-end sales-to-cash process, leading a team of around 50 professionals and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence, process standardisation, and measurable improvements in working capital.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and optimise the full sales-to-cash cycle, including billing, collections, and cash application.Define and implement best practice processes across multiple locations.Partner with senior leadership on working capital strategy and performance.Drive transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, and commercial value.Inspire and develop a large, high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.About YouProven background working within Shared Services at a senior leadership level.Extensive experience leading large-scale O2C/S2C operations (50+ FTEs).Deep expertise across credit control, collections, billing, and cash application.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments, with strong transformation experience.Demonstrable success improving DSO, cash collection, and working capital metrics.Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience.Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen.SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.Experience within retail, FMCG, or large multi-site environments.Background in delivering automation and process efficiency improvements.Track record of embedding sustainable change in complex organisations.This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading organisation and play a pivotal role in shaping its financial operations. xpwpeyx If you’re a transformational O2C leader with a Shared Services background and thrive in fast-paced change environments, apply today to learn more.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: ManagementIndustries: Retail#J-18808-Ljbffr
