Site Head of HSEIs this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Manufacturing, Global category leaderJob Location: Warrington North WestPay Range: £60-65k £10k Bonus, market leading pensionClient: Manufacturing company undergoing business multi-million investment and expansionSenior Site HSE Manager - Site Head of HSEResponsible for ensuring that site EHS is in line with the global safety agendaYou will build and maintain good relationships to drive the safety and environment agendaYou are the HSE lead for the site And it's a big siteYou will have the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation; coach employees on behaviours to achieve a strong safety cultureYou will support the development of the annual HSE plan; monitor monthly KPIs and targets; deliver technical training; manage the internal and external audit schedule; oversee risk assessments (e.g. PUWER / COSHH)Lead the core safety values and leadership principles across all levels of the siteLead the development of site risk management processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, corporate standards, policies and targetsLead the development of improvement plans for the Safety Process, Environment, Security and SustainabilityLead continuous improvement in risk management performanceLead regulatory authorities and insurance in all matters relating to EHSEnsure that employees are competent to manage risk and compliance within their own areasLead the development of the site management team and supervisors, ensuring they are competent to manage all safety-critical activitiesQualifications and Requirements - Site HSE ManagerExperience in a Health & Safety Manager role, ideally within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment (FMCG), General Manufacturing, time sensitive and complexNEBOSH Certificate / Diploma or equivalent, and ideally an IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management or Foundation levelExperience in driving a safety cultureExcellent understanding of all aspects of Health, Safety & Environment (including legislation, audit handling and management systems)Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g. IOSH or IEMA)Strong communication, influencing and problem‑solving skillsExperience training others, performing hazard risk analysis and dealing with legislationExperience in HSE in a manufacturing or high‑risk environmentWhat we can offer Site Head of HSEA Highly Competitive salaryCompany bonus scheme 15%Health care cash plan25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysAwesome Pension schemeCareer progression opportunitiesFor more information on this role, please contact Mike Butler on (phone number removed) or send a copy of your CV to (url removed).Candidates who are currently a Site HSE Manager, Site SHE Manager, Health and Safety lead, Head of SHE, Head of HSE, Head of Health and Safety , Senior HSE Manager, may be suitable for this position. xpwpeyx Omega Resource Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
