With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having recently closed our Series B round last October with support from leading investors, including Y Combinator, DRW, F‑Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, we're looking for a revenue‑focused Head of Sales to drive our expansion from a leading compliance service provider to essential infrastructure for digital assets.The RoleWe’re hiring a Director of Platform Engineering to lead and scale our operational backbone. This highly strategic role requires both high‑level business understanding and hands‑on leadership across DevOps, Data, Internal Systems, Security, IT Services, and Agentic Tooling.You will start by leading a team of five and grow the function responsibly in line with business needs.
