Our Graduate Developers Business Leader Programme blends personal and professional development, giving you exposure to the heart of our operations.Program StructureYou will be based at the Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. The 27‑month programme comprises three placements that provide experience across different areas of the Department, preparing you for future leadership within Severn Trent.What You’ll LearnDuring the first placement you join the Requisitions team, managing projects with contract partners and overseeing supply construction to housing developments. The second placement is within the NAV Operational Delivery team, where you’ll handle day‑to‑day relationships with NAVs, navigate Ofwat’s regulatory framework, and drive customer‑centric improvements.
