Translate our ambitions into SEND arrangements that are meaningfully implemented into practice, and to evaluate their impact. Champion co-production and ensure the voices of children, young people and families shape our continuous improvement journey. Lead on discrete areas for improvement as well as having opportunities to innovate.QualificationsExtensive experience in the SEND system and deep knowledge of statutory responsibilities.A track record of driving improvement in complex, multi-agency environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.An ability to operate effectively in a high-stakes, high-profile context.A collaborative, resilient and solution-focused approach.Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently 49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months salary payments at a rate of 12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of 49.50.
