As a vital part of our talented team, you will lead electrical engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, working on iconic projects at home and abroad. We specialise in all aspects of electrical engineering across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development and Education, providing industry‑leading solutions through the project lifecycle.Location: Epsom, England, United Kingdom.Your roleOwn and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, ensuring high‑quality outputs.Define briefs, scopes of work, and lead bid proposals.Successfully manage time and budgets to achieve key project milestones and programmes.Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.Set quality assurance standards in design.Grow, develop and manage electrical engineering capability within the practice.About YouChartered or Fellow Electrical Engineer.Experience owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.Comprehensive knowledge of electrical design (LV & HV systems), motor control centres/switchgear, electrical installations and systems within industrial/process environments; HAZOP assessments, DSEAR/ATEX installation practice, production of SLD/BCD’s, earthing and bonding; familiarity with UK design standards and industry‑specific standards.Proven strong technical leadership in multidisciplinary delivery.A winning work mentality to expand AtkinsRéalis' client portfolio.Reward & benefitsExplore competitive salaries, employee rewards, and a range of benefits tailored to your health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle choices.
