End DateMake sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.Tuesday 18 November 2025Salary Range£0 - £0We support flexible working – click here for more information on flexible working optionsFlexible Working OptionsJob ShareJob Description SummarySee belowJob DescriptionJOB TITLE: Managing Director, Head of Sponsor CoverageHOURS: Full timeLOCATION: LondonWORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 60% (or 3 days) in an office siteAbout this opportunityWe currently have an excellent senior level opportunity for an experienced and recognised leader in the sector to join our Financial Sponsors business based in London.As a Managing Director, you'll play a strategically important leading role in developing and driving forward the Coverage strategy for our Global Financial Sponsors business, providing leadership and strategic direction to the team.Your accountabilities will include:Leading the Coverage strategy for the Financial Sponsors business to support the growth ambitions of the franchise, driving multi-product revenue opportunities across Lloyds Banking Group with key Financial Sponsor clients.Leveraging existing senior level relationships with key Financial Sponsors including C‑suite engagement to upgrade strategic dialogue and identify and drive revenue and product growth.Driving excellence in collaboration and co‑ordination across the Group to deliver the whole Bank to clients.Implementing and maintaining a strong risk‑management frameworkLeading a strong and experienced Financial Sponsors coverage team.Why Lloyds Banking Group?If you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong. Due to this, successful candidates will be subject to enhanced levels of vetting, and required to complete a fitness and propriety attestation on commencement in role.
