Senior EstimatorAre you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.- Liverpool- Energy/EV- up to £75,000 salary My client provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.This role will be within the EV team.They are working to make safe, quality, sustainable EV projects a reality.Their teams install charging stations, ensuring they are accessible and reliable, and integrate them into the energy network.Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? They are looking for a skilled Estimator with experience in assessing bid opportunities leading to a bid / no-bid review? Are you able to evaluate project risks and potential problems, whilst checking the accuracy and completeness of client's tender documents? Do you have a talent for Determining the Civils BofQ for pricing? The ability to build up rates from first principles is essential They are looking for someone who can assist in the preparation of tender submission and deliver post tender presentations to the client.Someone who can assist in the technical and estimating element of preparation of tender and quotations from specification and drawings within defined time periods. xpwpeyx Candidate essentials- An estimating background from a civil environment with extensive experience of delivering capital projects- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work with staff at all levels.- Knowledge of how electrical infrastructure is constructed, operated and maintained with an appreciation of National Grid and DNO Standards- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook- Strong commercial acumen- knowledge of forms of contract (NEC, ICE & JCT) Package- Matched or contributory pension scheme- Company car and fuel card with a range of EV and hybrid vehicles to choose from- My Car Choice our salary sacrifice EV/ Hybrid car scheme- Private health care and health care cash plan for you (and your family)- Discretionary bonus scheme- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays- Recommend a friend- get rewarded for introducing people to us
