They are Investors in People Platinum accredited, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee development and well‑being.Job DescriptionRemote role with office presence only twice per month. No business development required.ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued over £150k.Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.Qualifications / The Successful ApplicantA solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.What's on OfferCompetitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000.25 days holiday with the opportunity to accrue an additional 12 days through flexible working.Matched‑contribution workplace pension, with the firm topping up your monthly contribution by up to 5% of your salary.Life assurance providing 4x your salary to your beneficiaries.Healthcare cash plan to support various health and well‑being services.Income protection insurance, paying up to 75% of your salary if you're unable to work due to illness or disability.Annual discretionary bonus scheme based on company and personal performance.Opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive environment.Flexible working arrangements, including remote work with bi‑monthly office visits.A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.If you're an experienced Injury Fee Earner, apply now or contact Michael Bailey for more information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
