Do you enjoy building strong partnerships across a business to deliver impactful digital change?As an IT & Technology Business Partner, you’ll be the bridge between technology and the wider business — ensuring digital solutions truly meet organisational needs. You’ll work closely with operational teams, senior leadership, and external partners to shape digital roadmaps, optimise systems, and deliver secure, efficient and resilient technologies.There will be significant opportunity to take on innovation‑led projects including AI focused initiatives to enhance the business across all areas. You’ll also lead planning delivery activity, building business cases, driving adoption and ensuring that live systems remain robust and fit‑for‑purpose.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise and collaborate with colleagues across Technology and Operations to shape effective technical and digital solutions.Support the Chief Digital Officer with digital strategy development and portfolio/investment planning.Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, ensuring projects meet requirements, deadlines and budgets.Lead adoption and change activity, including training, communication and readiness planning.Monitor risks and service issues, ensuring continuity and an excellent user experience.Track progress, benefits and lessons learned, reporting clearly to key stakeholders.About YouYou’ll bring a strong blend of technical understanding, relationship‑building and delivery expertise.
