Every product is built on our low‑code technology stack and designed to support critical workflows used by our consultants and, in some cases, by clients across the property risk, compliance, and safety management sectors.In this role, you will shape requirements, define user needs, map internal processes, and work closely with consultants and operational teams to ensure each product delivers measurable value. You will manage the product backlog, partner with engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions, and ensure products are validated, tested, documented, and successfully adopted. This position reports to the Group CTO and plays a pivotal role in ensuring Ark’s products support operational excellence, efficiency, and scalable growth.ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Strategic AlignmentOwn the full product lifecycle for Ark’s internal and external (B2B) products, from discovery through to delivery and operational rollout.Work closely with consultants and internal teams to understand business processes, operational workflows, and improvement opportunities.Translate high‑level business requirements into clear, structured product requirements and user stories.Support ROI assessment and the development of business justification for product initiatives.Contribute to the shared product roadmap via the product council, while owning and prioritising the product backlog.Requirements Gathering & AnalysisConduct detailed workflow analysis with consultants “on the ground” to capture accurate operational needs.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to understand current and future‑state workflows.Ensure requirements are fully understood, analysed, and ready for development.Collaboration with EngineeringWork in partnership with Ark’s low‑code engineers to design and deliver new products, product enhancements and new features.Provide clarity, acceptance criteria, and continuous feedback throughout the development cycle.Support ongoing testing, including functional, UAT, and iteration feedback cycles.Ensure deliverables align with business goals, operational requirements, and user expectations.Testing, Validation & RolloutCoordinate appropriate testing groups, including internal users, operational leads, and selected beta testers.Validate outcomes against requirements and ensure issues are resolved promptly.Prepare and maintain end‑user documentation and training materials.Support successful adoption of new applications and features across the business.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the central point of communication between engineering, consultants, operations, and senior leadership.Ensure all stakeholders have visibility of priorities, progress, and expected outcomes.Host demos, briefings, and feedback sessions to support transparency and alignment.Ideal Candidate ProfileExcellent communicator able to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering meaningful user and business outcomes.Highly analytical, structured, and comfortable working in complex operational environments.Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy.Essential ExperienceProven experience in a senior Product Manager / Product Owner role, ideally in a complex B2B environment.Strong background in requirements gathering, business analysis, and workflow/process mapping.Experience collaborating with low‑code engineers or working in environments where rapid configuration and iteration are key.Demonstrated ability to translate strategy and operational insight into actionable product deliverables.B2B product experience is essential.Experience managing product backlogs and supporting software delivery teams.Experience within GRC, risk management, compliance, property, or related sectors is beneficial but not essential.BenefitsWe are offering a competitive package subject to qualifications, skills and experience. The role is full‑time 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
