If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career within a high-energy environment, this is the perfect role for youKey ResponsibilitiesReview and ensure quality standards are metTake corrective action to resolve issuesUnderstand and follow building operations rulesAssign tasks for work tickets and PM work ordersEnsure staff complete PMs and work orders on scheduleMaintain and organise O&M documents, drawings, and manualsUpdate and manage SOPs, MOPs, and EOPsCoordinate contractor/vendor work for safety and efficiencyResolve operational and maintenance issues to minimise costsAssist in obtaining and evaluating vendor quotes for projectsEnsure compliance with company, government, and client policiesDevelop strong relationships with key customer personnelEnsure engineering practices meet legal and contractual obligationsManage and coordinate engineering shift teams for coverageProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsExperience in Technical Services within building services, preferably FM in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Industry, or HealthcareVocational qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalentStrong knowledge of Work Order Control procedures and CMMSPractical experience in Hard Services contract deliveryPeople management, planning, organisation, and customer focus experienceExperience with High-Risk Activities and Safe Systems of Work trainingStrong problem-solving and strategic planning skillsThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
