Industry - Manufacturing & EngineeringCandidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.Quality Engineering leadership in an advanced manufacturing and engineering environmentCheltenham, Gloucestershirec. £75,000 pa + Extensive Benefits PackageThe CompanyThis leading manufacturing engineering company based in Gloucestershire has entered a sustained state of growth and business process improvement and as such is seeking to augment the leadership team with an experienced Head of Quality.The RoleReporting to the COO, the Head of Quality will be responsible for leading all aspects of organisational Quality management, including the Quality Management Systems and compliance to AS9100 Rev D / 9001:2015. They will oversee the quality control of all products through the manufacturing value stream, the testing and validation of all products and the organisation's adherence to customer specific requirements and standards.This key role will also oversee an experienced team including a Quality Manager, Senior Engineers, Quality Engineers, Laboratory Technicians and shop floor‑based Inspection teams.The PersonAs an experienced Quality Leader from a complex manufacturing engineering environment, (Aerospace, Defence, Automotive etc) the Head of Quality will be Experienced working within AS9100rev D, / ISO9001:2015 certification and will have a good knowledge of AS9102 FAIR requirements.
