Strategic Reward Partner – 15‑Month Maternity CoverLike the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.Location: London (5 Howick Place) or Milton Park, Oxford.Informa’s Taylor & Francis division is seeking a Strategic Reward Partner to support a 15‑month maternity cover. The role works closely with divisional People leaders to implement and evolve a comprehensive total rewards strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the strategic reward lead and go‑to reward expert for Taylor & Francis, advising divisional leadership and HR Business Partners while ensuring alignment with the Group reward strategy.Represent Taylor & Francis in Group reward discussions, clearly articulating business needs.Champion the "One Informa" approach by embedding the Group Reward Framework in divisional processes.Build trusted relationships with divisional HR and business leaders, acting as a proactive partner in shaping reward outcomes.Contribute to strategic workforce planning, organisational design and talent initiatives by providing reward expertise.Lead the annual reward cycle for Taylor & Francis, including pay reviews, bonus and variable pay, and compensation planning.Ensure salary budgets are maintained and provide regular updates to division leaders and the Global Head of Reward & Benefits.Oversee STIP management, benchmarking, salary range development, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.Support senior hires and leavers (settlements, buyouts, redundancy calculations).Manage bespoke reward arrangements and executive reward, including contract creation.Act as the point of contact for all reward matters, collaborating with finance, legal and other teams.Support M&A activity, reward harmonisation and work with the Reward & Benefit Operations team on One Informa initiatives.Lead data validation processes for HRIS implementations and support the execution of Group reward initiatives.Drive career architecture, pathways, job levelling, and internal salary ranges.Monitor and analyse reward trends, market practices and regulatory developments.Provide strategic input to reward frameworks, policies and processes and develop training for managers.Design communications on total reward offerings to enhance employee value proposition and retention.QualificationsPrevious experience as a reward partner or similar role in a global organisation.Experience supporting global reward initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIPD).Ability to understand complex financial metrics for incentive and commission plan development.Skilled at building trust with senior executives and influencing at all organisational levels.Experience managing vendor relationships across countries and continuous improvement.Knowledge of key reward programmes that drive effective behaviour.Experience with international compensation structures across multiple regions.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex reward concepts clearly.Experience supporting organisations through growth and change, especially M&A reward harmonisation.Experience with job levelling frameworks and project management is desirable.Exposure to unions, academic publishing, research institutions or knowledge‑based industries is advantageous.BenefitsGreat community: welcoming culture with in‑person and online events, charity day and inclusion networks.Broader impact: up to four days per year to volunteer, with charity match funding.Career opportunity: bespoke training, mentoring, and LinkedIn Learning access, internal mobility support.Time out: 25 days annual leave (27 after two years), birthday leave day and up to four weeks flex‑work.Flexible personal benefits and company‑funded private medical cover.ShareMatch scheme for share ownership.Wellbeing support through EAP, mental health first aiders, healthy living subsidy and health apps.Recognition for great work, global awards and kudos programmes.Opportunity to collaborate with international teams.We are not solely focused on a checklist of skills.
