The Head of Grocery and Highstreet will lead a high-performing team and be accountable for delivering commercial success across both branded and private label portfolios. As a member of the UK & Ireland Sales Leadership Team, the role will contribute strategically to the broader commercial agenda and foster cross-functional collaboration.A proven ability to deliver significant positive range review results, leading to market share turnaround and substantial share gains, is essential to this role.
