OverviewNon-Contentious Construction Solicitor | 4+ PQE | National Firm | NottinghamIncrease your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a non-contentious construction solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the well-regarded construction team of a top-tier national firm, based in their thriving Nottingham office.ResponsibilitiesDrafting and negotiating bespoke and standard form construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)Development and infrastructure projects across sectors including energy, commercial, education, healthcare, and residentialActing for a national client base of developers, funders, contractors, public sector bodies, and consultantsSupporting the wider real estate and projects teams on transactional workYou'll play a key role in the team's ongoing growth and will be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and take on increasing levels of responsibility.About YouThe ideal candidate will be:A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction lawExperienced in advising on construction contracts and procurement routes for both public and private sector clientsCommercially astute, with a practical and solutions-focused approachAn excellent communicator with strong drafting skillsKeen to contribute to business development and mentoring junior colleaguesThe FirmThis is a highly respected national firm with a strong presence across the UK and a well-established Nottingham office.
