Position: Learning & Development Business Partner (12 months Interim, Manufacturing, Birmingham, Hybrid)Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.DescriptionWorking as part of a wider HR team, this role will involve taking full responsibility for the full L&D lifecycle for a multi‑site manufacturing business. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from entry level to leadership, designing and delivering blended learning programs and also working on the L&D strategy for the organisation.Duties will include but not limited to:Design and deliver impactful blended learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.Support leadership development initiatives within the organisation.Manage budgets related to learning and development projects.Act as a trusted advisor on talent development strategies to senior management.Update and maintain the LMS.Shape the talent pipeline, leading on apprenticeship programmes, ensuring compliance, quality, and meaningful career pathways.ProfileA successful Learning & Development Business Partner should have:Proven experience in Learning and Development, ideally within a similar sector.Ability to design and implement blended training programmes to suit different learning styles.Hands‑on ability to manage the full L&D lifecycle, designing and delivering programmes for all levels of stakeholder while supporting the business strategically.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Job OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000.Additional car allowance of £4,500 per year.Bonus scheme of 5%.Fixed‑term contract with potential for career growth.Superb culture and work environment. xpwpeyx Desired Skills and Experience3>None specified.#J-18808-Ljbffr
