Station Systems Maintenance Technician Level 3

The successful Station Systems Technician Level 3 will be responsible for carrying out reactive and corrective maintenance activities on CCTV, CIS, PHP, PAVA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role is to work Monday to Friday days and cover TOC stations across West London and along M3/M4.Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.SISS is essential to ensuring the travelling public are correctly informed and safe as they commute across our customer's rail networks, our maintenance service is critical to functioning of these systemsStation Systems Maintenance Technician, what you'll do:Daily reactive maintenance activities across SISS and Telephony systems (CCTV systems, IP Networks, Help Points, Screens, Public Address, CIS, PAVA and Wi-Fi)Daily, weekly, monthly and annual planned maintenance activities as defined by the Team LeaderEnsuring SISS assets are well maintained, and station communication faults are reported and fixedUtilising field IT equipment to provide real time corrective and planned maintenance dataProvide detailed reports to enable further investigations of referred faultsWho you are:You'll have a previous experience within a similar role involving IP, CCTV, Access Control, PA, CIS knowledge or come from an electrical background and ideally have an understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures/processes.SISS Maintenance Technician Key requirements:Have maintenance experience on either CCTV, CIS, PAVA, PHP, Access Control or come from an electrical backgroundExperience of working with SLA driven maintenance contractsAn understanding of using ServiceNow or using IT for updating/closing jobs/reportingFull UK Driving LicenceThe job holder will be required to work Monday to Friday daysWhat we offer:A career at Telent can span many sectors, roles, technologies and clients giving you the opportunity to develop, learn new skills and make an impact.
