Reward, in conjunction with partners NatWest Group, was also awarded the Industry Achievement Award 2023 at the prestigious Card and Payments Awards.Role SummaryAs a Lead Insights Delivery Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with high-quality, timely and commercially meaningful data insights.Sitting within the Data Team and reporting to the Data Director, you will lead a small team of analysts responsible for managing client relationships, resolving data-related issues, and delivering scheduled insight outputs.You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal technical teams - ensuring clients receive clear, accurate and timely insights, while collaborating within Reward to proactively troubleshoot data issues and uphold the highest standards of data quality.
