It’s purpose is to own and lead the strategy and management of the existing product range to deliver the corporate plan, support growth, drive efficiencies and meet the needs of members.ResponsibilitiesThe role holder will lead a team of experienced product professionals and be responsible for the ongoing product management and strategy, leading the development of initiatives and programmes to improve product performance, meet consumer duty requirements, simplify legacy portfolios and represent savings products across a range of wider Group programmes.It will also be responsible for the ongoing review and management of the product range, ensuring they deliver good customer outcomes.
