At M Group Highways, were supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.We dont just build roads and bridges- were building a better future, creating lasting social value that gives back to the communities in which we work.As a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services, our streetlighting teams maintain and design over 350,000 street lighting assets.Want to come and be a part of it? What you'll be doing You'll carry out routine and reactive maintenance on highway electrical assets You'll ensure certificates are logged in a timely manner and updated inventory information on assets using tablets You'll collect CMS information and relay back You'll install replacement electrical equipment and lanterns You'll conduct vehicle checks are undertaken and the vehicle is kept clean & tidy You'll ensure members of the public are kept informed of works and are not put in danger due to works being undertaken You'll undertake standby and call-out duties You'll work on our Minor Works Project in Central Bedfordshire and surrounding areas What you'll bring 3021.1 Traffic Management MEWP category 1b G39 & 214 Safe isolation First Aid at Work Manual Handling ECS Test 18th Edition Wiring Regulations or HESA equivalent 403 Part 1 / Level 2 Electrical Qualification or equivalent Part 2 / Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent 2391/HESA 714 Inspection and Testing HEA NVQ Level 3 Highways Electrician Whats in it for you?
