Reporting into the Director of Finance this role will be responsible for managing a small team.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the payroll & pensions operations for permanent and casual staffProvide expertise on payroll & pension issuesAdministration of four pension schemesAdvise senior management on pension scheme developmentsMaintain, update & create salary scales on the HR & Payroll systemDay to day management and supervision of the payroll teamExperience requiredExperience of managing a payroll function within a medium or large sized organisationExcellent people management & leadership skillsiTrent experience is essentialExtensive pension experience, ideally with the following schemes: SAUL, USS, NHSSSExperience in Higher Education or NHS is desirableBenefits on offerHybrid working35 hour week with flexibility30 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas closure daysCompetitive pensions schemeInterest Free Season Ticket loans50749RMINDPAY#J-18808-Ljbffr
